He thinks the things he does restore balance or clean up the world because he's perfect, and anything that goes against what he wants needs to be changed or taken out of the picture. He likes balance, purity, cleanliness, and clocks. His phylactery is a golden pocket watch.
He has a clock shop that can cause you to bleed out by going inside, and a gun that will get rid of your bones. He doesn't always understand feelings, so they make him feel different...which is both good and bad. He wants to be above everyone. It makes him angry that people don't see things the way he does. He loves fear the most. He doesn't like to kill people before he's sees their terror.
When he hunts, he likes to wear a helmet made of glass, and his clothes are all white. Except his cape. That's grey like fog. Miss Fog gave it to him. She's one of the only things he cares about.

Bucky is also aware, so, we have another counterbalance. [This is a family affair, turning a specific turtle into a god maybe.] Bucky gets cowed by stronger personalities, but, it kinda gets outweighed when he gets particularly parental.

Getting to school is an easy task since Reira was already keeping a radio on campus, so most of the struggle these days is keeping track of what time it is. She already has alarms set to go off periodically -- a couple of them to switch off by the half-hour when she isn't at work or school, so that she can remember to regularly check in on where a man that wants to kill her is and, less frequently, to get updates on the whereabouts of Atem, Donnie, and Leo. An alarm rings and she stops it, picking up the other and cranking it back as she goes through her mental list, and -- hm? No, he's supposed to meet her at school today! Whether he's at Lake Dala for the fact of it's a lake or because of its proximity to her home, Leo's placement there is important. She can guess what for.]
